Astor Power’s IPO size reached TL 2.63 billion

TEB Investment Securities announced the results of Astor Energy’s public offering. In the PDP announcement, which stated that the bookbuilding took place in the middle of January 11-12-13, 2023, it was noted that the unit price was determined as 12.50 TL in the public offering and that all shares with a nominal value of 210 million TL, including the shares subject to the additional sale, were sold.

According to the statement, the size of the public offering of Astor Power amounted to TL 2.63 billion.

In the announcement made by TEB Investment, it was stated that the demand for shares with a nominal value of 7 billion 242 million 343 thousand 445 TL, which is 34.5 times the shares with a nominal value of 210 million TL, was received.

In the public offering of Astor, 60.9 times the shares allocated to domestic individual investors, 1.03 times the shares allocated to company employees, 22.3 times the shares allocated to domestic institutional investors, 5.8 times the shares allocated to foreign institutional investors. It was stated that there was a solid demand.

It was emphasized that the basic allocation rates for distribution were 29.3% for domestic personal investors, 4% for company employees, 44.3% for domestic institutional investors and 12.5% ​​for foreign institutional investors.
