Michael Saylor, chief executive officer of Micro Strategy, criticized Charlie Munger’s Bitcoin for not working enough.

Berkshire Hathaway vice president Charlie Munger, who has long been skeptical of digital assets, earlier this week urged the US government to ban cryptocurrencies.

Criticism of Saylor Against the Ban Call

MicroStrategy chief executive and staunch Bitcoin maximalist Michael Saylor criticized Charlie Munger, who appeared on CNBC the day after his company’s meeting. Saylor said that Munger and other elite Western business leaders do not have enough time to research Bitcoin (BTC), so their views on Bitcoin often change.

Saylor said he found Munger’s broad criticism of crypto sympathetic. Saylor used the following words about Munger’s statements:

“If Munger were a business leader in South America, Africa or Asia and spent 100 hours studying the issue, he would know more about Bitcoin than I do.”

Saylor said the plight of ordinary people, the depreciation of local currencies is better illustrated by recent events in Lebanon, Argentina, Sri Lanka, Nigeria and Venezuela.
