In response to a question about the restructuring of premium debts, the Minister Alim said, “Borrowings within the scope of EYT are not included in this. His borrowing is completely according to our law. You cannot say, ‘I cannot fill 5000, 9000 premium days or I have a shortage of 1000 days.’ If you are short of days, you will work. There is no such debt.” said.
