When we look at anything we are doing now, we can inevitably see that it has a connection with our past and those people. We call this transference in therapy processes. We know that most of the things we experience and feel with our family, spouse and friend at the moment are acquainted with our past experiences, because we preferred to put into practice what we saw and learned without saying right or wrong, because we could not learn another way. Most of the time, we made our choices based on these ways. The important point here is to be able to differentiate; What we learned is still ours, but we can have the power to interpret and live this experience very differently from the previous ones, when we realize this, we can choose to separate from those people and walk our own path without calling it “destiny”.
I may look like someone from the past, but I’m not the same.
