Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) announced that, according to the new decision taken at the Transportation Adaptation Center (UKOME) meeting, with the prestige of January 15, 2023, the full ticket was determined as 9.5, the student ticket as 4.75, and the student subscription as an unlimited monthly 140 lira. Thus, an increase of 46% for the full ticket, 36% for the student ticket and 56% for the unlimited student subscription has been achieved.
In the statement, it was stated that the total expenses of the EGO General Directorate for November 2022 were 382 million liras, and the ticket revenue was 120 million liras, and the monthly loss was 262 million liras.
In the statement, it was stated that this loss was subsidized from the ABB budget for citizens for months, but the cost burden and taxes were increasing day by day.

In this process, the President, the relevant Ministries and BOTAŞ have been presented to make a new tariff arrangement in favor of our citizens in the price of CNG used in public transportation.
