According to the “Petroleum Market Branch Report” of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority for November last year, the import of crude oil, which constitutes the largest item in Turkey’s total oil imports, decreased by 11.6 percent and amounted to 2 million 633 thousand 417 tons.
In this period, diesel types imports decreased by 3 percent to 919 thousand 97 tons. Aviation and marine fuels, fuel and fuel-oil types and other products constituted the remaining part of the import.
Thus, total imports decreased by 7.4 percent in November last year compared to the same month of the previous year and became 3 million 967 thousand 559 tons.
The largest import of crude oil and petroleum products was made from Russia with 2 million 516 thousand tons, followed by Iraq with 500 thousand 908 tons and Kazakhstan with 266 thousand 713 tons.
On the other hand, fuel sales decreased by 10.3 percent in November last year compared to the same month of the previous year and became 253 thousand 921 tons, diesel sales decreased by 9.5 percent to 2 million 46 thousand 988 tons.
Total sales of petroleum products decreased by 8 percent and were recorded as 2 million 449 thousand 71 tons.
Exports of petroleum artifacts increased by 0.8 percent
Turkey’s aviation fuel exports increased by 65.3 percent in November last year compared to the same month of the previous year, reaching 289 thousand 889 tons.
In the said period, the export of marine fuels increased by 12,2 percent to 85,229 tons.
Exports of gasoline types decreased by 30 percent to 121 thousand 461 tons, while exports of diesel types increased by 68.1 percent to 215 thousand 174 tons.
In the oil market, total exports with other products increased by 0.8 percent and amounted to 806 thousand 165 tons.
Diesel types production decreased by 9.9 percent in November last year compared to the same month of the previous year and was 1 million 442 thousand 239 tons, fuel types production decreased by 20.6 percent to 388 thousand 452 tons, aviation fuel production increased by 11.4 percent to 310 thousand 558. it was tons.
Marine fuels production increased by 34.2 percent and was calculated as 100 thousand 781 tons. With other fuel types, the total production of refinery petroleum products decreased by 9.1 percent and became 3 million 38 thousand 695 tons.
