The ejaculation main consists of 2 phases.
The first stage is the emission cycle, in which semen components are released from the male reproductive organs (prostate, seminal vesicle, vas deferens) and accumulated in the urethra (urinary tract).
The second step (ejaculation, evacuation) is the ejaculation of the semen from the penis with rhythmic contractions of the muscles around the urethra.
Pelvic floor muscles, such as the ischiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus, play a valuable role in the full realization of the ejaculation reflex.
What is premature ejaculation?
The time between penetration and discharge is less than 1 or 3 minutes or shorter than desired.

Acquired (secondary): clinically significant and troubling reduction in bond time, usually less than 3 minutes. Development of ejaculatory problems after a normal cycle of sexual function. Variable: early, with usual cycles in sexual performance, but inconsistent and unsystematic
It is the syndrome accompanied by ejaculation. Subjective: the individual perception of premature ejaculation during sexual intercourse, but the ejaculation period is usually within the normal range or may take longer.
