What is ejaculation?

Sexual stimulation activates the borders of the penis to send chemical messages to the spinal cord and its gentleman. These chemical messages stimulate the whole brain. When a man reaches a reasonable level of excitement during sex, chemical and nervous signals sent to the pelvis cause ejaculation. Although not fully understood, it is believed that the hormone serotonin plays a valuable role in this entire process.

The ejaculation main consists of 2 phases.
 The first stage is the emission cycle, in which semen components are released from the male reproductive organs (prostate, seminal vesicle, vas deferens) and accumulated in the urethra (urinary tract).
 The second step (ejaculation, evacuation) is the ejaculation of the semen from the penis with rhythmic contractions of the muscles around the urethra.

Pelvic floor muscles, such as the ischiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus, play a valuable role in the full realization of the ejaculation reflex.

What is premature ejaculation?
 The time between penetration and discharge is less than 1 or 3 minutes or shorter than desired.
 Inability to delay ejaculation in many vaginal penetration, lack of control.
 Negative consequences such as anguish, depression, frustration and/or avoidance of sexual intimacy.

Different Types of Premature Ejaculation
Longevity (primary): A man’s inability to control ejaculation from his first sexual experience. Ejaculation that occurs before or within about 1 minute of vaginal penetration.
Acquired (secondary): clinically significant and troubling reduction in bond time, usually less than 3 minutes. Development of ejaculatory problems after a normal cycle of sexual function. Variable: early, with usual cycles in sexual performance, but inconsistent and unsystematic
It is the syndrome accompanied by ejaculation. Subjective: the individual perception of premature ejaculation during sexual intercourse, but the ejaculation period is usually within the normal range or may take longer.

What are the Causes of Premature Ejaculation?
Between 30 and 40% of people suffer from this disease. The causes of premature ejaculation are tension, depression, relationship problems, traumatic sexual experiences, physical weakness, performance rush, erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure, diabetes, vitamin D and B12 deficiency, thyroid issues, and prostate disease.
